BE80(T) classes are one of the best ways to get in to the sport of Eventing. The ‘T’ stands for training, and the class is the introductory level of competition in the sport of Eventing. Fences are a height of 80cm and a British Eventing Accredited Coach is on hand at each BE80(T)competition to help competitors warm up for dressage tests, walk the courses, and answer all Eventing questions, no matter how trivial!

BE80(T) classes are open to both members and non-members of British Eventing. Non-members can purchase a Training/Club pass for just £10 essentially giving them membership for that day. The event entry fee for Great Witchingham is £67.00 (providing you enter before the late entry surcharge date) plus a £12.00 start fee paid on the day. Do you wish you could hack out in quiet surrounded by peaceful countryside?
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, adult rider to do just that.
I have two lovely well behaved horses (one is 16.3 !the other 15.2 weight up to 12st) because of my circumstances I don’t have the time or strength to ride them both.
Are you perhaps a mum that wants to return to riding after the children have gone to school?
No financial commitment expected , your side of the bargain? Help with the usual stable yard duties, grooming, poo picking etc.
Private, friendly setup.

LOST DOG – POPPY

We have lost our dog called poppy, she just left home 3 nights ago and we are very worried.

She is a Tibetan Terrier but may be confused with Springer’s by some due to her size and coloring

She is 16 years old but at a glance (and hair!) can look much younger if so she may have been “collected/borrowed” by someone so she could find herself dropped off anywhere in the area! Here are our details;

I have attached some photos that may help if anyone has found or reported, we really appreciate anything you can do or recommend. We are terribly worried due to her age we hope she can be located asap. She has never run away and hates walking further than 100m from her food dish, she has wobbly hips and can’t run fast or indeed any activity!

A RIDE OUT WILL BE TAKING PLACE AT 11.00 AM ON SUNDAY THE 25th OF NOVEMBER FOR DANIEL BLACKSHAW

DANIEL IS A PUPIL AT HARPLEY C OF E PRIMARY SCHOOL AND HAS RECENTLY BEEN
DIAGNOSED WITH A SERIOUS ILLNESS. HE IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING TREATMENT AT THE BIRMINGHAM ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL, ADDENBROOKES AND THE QUEEN ELIZABETH HOSPITAL KINGS LYNN.
HIS FAMILY ARE TRAVELLING TO AND FROM ALL THE HOSPITALS AND WITH
SOARING PETROL PRICES AND CHRISTMAS JUST AROUND THE CORNER WE ARE AIMING TO RAISE SOME MONEY TO EASE THE FINANCIAL BURDEN.

THE RIDE WILL START AT THE QUEEN ELIZABETH HOSPITAL CAR PARK, TRAVELLING THROUGH DANIEL’S HOME VILLAGE OF SYDERSTONE, WHERE WE HOPE DANIEL WILL BE AT HOME RECOVERING FROM AN OPERATION. IT WILL FINISH AT HARPLEY SCHOOL WHERE A HOT DRINK WILL BE PROVIDED BY PARENTS AND STAFF AND WE WILL HOLD A COLLECTION WHICH WILL BE PASSED ON TO DANIEL’S FAMILY.

WE REALLY NEED YOUR SUPPORT WITH THIS AND THE RIDE OUT WILL BE GOING AHEAD
